Congratulations! You are one gutsy lady and I know if anyone can succeed, you can! Just take it one day at a time and soon you'll see a big difference. I am also in Richard's Angel's. So far I have lost 15 pounds with about 85 to go. I hope to make it by June, my birthday present to myself. That may be unrealistic though. But I am determined and will try my best. Good luck in your weight loss quest. I'll be sure to check in on you every week and see how you're doing!

OH you are good for my soul...well sounds like you have had some rough times as of late . . . but honey it is the holiday national pig-out time of the year ! . . . don't despair sweety . . . we are patient . . It has taken me a WHOLE F&%$@$%ing year to loose 17 pounds . . . . . glad i didn't 
know last year that's all i would get to! . . . but ya know what? Im not upset I'm really glad cause I have improved my lifestyle . . . and I got off an antidepressant!!!... and I was just real sick but didn't get pneumonia . . . . I DID have it a year ago..
